Senior Vice President, Clinical Practice Management

This is an enterprise-level healthcare leadership opportunity overseeing clinical practice management across multiple markets and divisions. The role provides strategic clinical leadership while driving consistent quality, performance, compliance, and value-based care execution across a growing specialty care network. You will directly support and develop Division Medical Presidents, helping them achieve strong clinical, financial, and physician leadership outcomes. Working closely with executive and operations leadership, you will help align clinical strategy with growth, operational performance, and long-term organizational goals. The position offers significant influence over physician engagement, leadership development, recruitment, succession planning, and clinical culture. You will also contribute to acquisitions, de novo growth, and new market expansion through clinical due diligence and strategic guidance.
