Snr. Commissions Analyst

You will work closely with the Commissions Manager to maintain employee commission plans and system data. The position combines commission operations, reporting, analysis, system administration, and employee support. You will calculate monthly commissions, validate payouts, and contribute to accurate month-end close activities. The role also involves developing and testing new commission plans and troubleshooting system-related issues. Strong Excel, analytical, numerical, and organizational skills are essential for managing detailed compensation data effectively.
