Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Argentina or Uruguay Employment Type: Full-Time, B2B Contract Job Overview: Aquiva Labs, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner. This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for client-facing projects, aligning client objectives with development teams and bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Champion customer needs and translate them into product features. - Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value. - Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment. - Innovate for ROI using data and user insights. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria. - Conduct acceptance testing and product demos. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. - Maintain focus, prevent scope creep, and drive progress with data-driven metrics.
