Engineering Manager, AI CICD

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Engineering Manager, AI CICD based in United States. This role leads a fast-moving engineering team building developer-focused products at the intersection of software supply chain security, AI, and cloud infrastructure. You will own a portfolio of products end-to-end, from roadmap definition and architecture through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration. The position combines people leadership with meaningful technical involvement, giving you the opportunity to review designs, contribute to prototypes, and guide engineering decisions. You will partner closely with Product and customers to prioritize real-world needs, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and deliver solutions that developers actively use. The role offers significant autonomy and requires a bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes. You will help shape emerging capabilities around CI/CD, developer tooling, containers, Kubernetes, AI-powered workflows, and microVM-based technologies.
