Senior User Experience Researcher

This role focuses on advancing usability, accessibility, and research effectiveness across digital platforms used for academic and scholarly research. You will study how students, faculty, librarians, and researchers discover, evaluate, and interact with information and digital research workflows. The position offers ownership of end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle, from defining research questions to delivering actionable insights. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product strategy and product direction. Your findings will help shape evidence-based improvements across tools serving higher education and library communities. The role also emphasizes inclusive and accessible research practices, ensuring diverse user needs are represented throughout the design process.
