Senior Data and Technology Manager

The Senior Data and Technology Manager will play a central role in strengthening data and technology capabilities across a nationwide network of partner organizations. This position combines hands-on systems administration, data management, technical support, and user enablement. You will help ensure that CRM, analytics, organizing, and fundraising systems remain reliable, accurate, and aligned with evolving program needs. A major part of the role involves supporting and training non-technical users, translating complex technical concepts into practical and accessible guidance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, affiliates, vendors, and consultants to solve problems and improve technology adoption.
