💼 Hiring: Senior/Principal Product Manager, User Onboarding & Growth - Crypto.com 📍 Hybrid - Dubai | 🕐 Posted 23 hours ago - October 5, 2026 | 💰 Not provided | 🧑‍💻 Full-time | 🔗 Product / Onboarding / KYC / Growth Crypto.com is hiring a Senior/Principal Product Manager to own onboarding and growth for the Crypto.com App. The role covers KYC, account opening, activation, referrals, and a trading scope. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own compliant onboarding: account opening, identity, KYC, and platform capabilities, balancing conversion, speed, risk, and regulation. - Own activation, referrals, incentives, and time-to-first-value, and stay accountable after acquisition. - Instrument the funnel, find drop-off, ship interventions, and measure completion and activation. - Extend Main App onboarding to other platforms without fragmented journeys. - Own a trading slice with the Trading team and connect onboarding to first trade. - Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading on priorities and launches. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Owned consumer onboarding and growth, with a shipped intervention and a metric that moved. - Shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product and can explain how rules changed the funnel. - Extended shared onboarding across products or markets. - Trading, brokerage, investing, or first-trade depth sufficient to take ownership. - Senior IC who can run two charters through ambiguity.
