SVP, Product Management, Digital Banking

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and commercial performance of a comprehensive digital banking domain. You will lead multiple product squads building experiences across retail banking, commercial banking, account opening, onboarding, and self-service. The role combines strategic product vision with direct people leadership, deep digital banking expertise, and hands-on technical judgment. You will shape experiences that influence how consumers and businesses interact with financial institutions across digital channels. Success requires a strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, core-system integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS environments. You will also champion AI-first product development practices, helping teams use modern AI tools to improve specification quality, velocity, and execution.
