Workday Compensation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Compensation Manager based in Brazil. Take on a critical role in the final stages of a Workday Compensation implementation supporting complex shipboard workforce operations. As a hands-on compensation leader, you will oversee testing, validate system configurations, and help ensure a successful go-live targeted for January 1. You will work with intricate compensation structures involving union agreements, job-specific pay rates, allowances, bonuses, and collective bargaining requirements. Collaborating closely with HR, HRIS, HR Technology, Compensation teams, and systems integration partners, you will identify defects and drive their timely resolution. You will also provide practical leadership to contractors and potentially one or two direct reports. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Workday professional who combines strong technical implementation expertise with a solid HR background and a deep understanding of unionized compensation.
