MDR Team Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an MDR Team Lead based in India. As an MDR Team Lead, you will oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for protecting customer data through continuous monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and incident response. You will combine technical expertise with people leadership to ensure security incidents are handled effectively and service delivery meets established operational standards. Acting as a key escalation point, you will guide analysts through complex investigations, validate findings, and coordinate responses with customers and internal technical teams. You will drive team development through recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, and performance management while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working within a global, 24/7 security operations environment, you will help strengthen detection capabilities, refine incident response procedures, and maintain high service quality. You will collaborate across cybersecurity, engineering, product support, and management teams to improve security operations and address emerging threats.
