Director, Finance & Investment

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Finance & Investment based in the United States. The Director, Finance & Investment will lead project finance, investment underwriting, capital formation, and transaction execution across a portfolio of solar energy and battery storage projects. This senior role combines financial expertise, commercial judgment, and strategic leadership to support investment decisions and long-term business growth. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive complex financing transactions from initial evaluation through closing and ongoing portfolio management. You will build relationships with lenders, investors, and capital partners while identifying opportunities to optimize financing structures and investment returns. The position also involves improving financial models, reporting processes, and investment governance while mentoring junior team members.
