Benefits 5 working days per week, with flexible working hours and WFH policy Provide ORSO and MPF scheme Meal allowance Attractive bonus package (2 months) Friendly, energizing and non-political Working environment Stable vacancy Key Responsibility: - Provide application systems support and maintenance, including job processes, system integration, UAT testing, system administration, configurations, and program coding for self-developed applications. - Troubleshoot technical issues and incidents with application systems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruptions. - Maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support services and troubleshooting steps. - Collaborate with project teams and external vendors to support project implementation and application enhancements. - Assist in standardizing application support workflows and problem resolution processes based on ITSM defined processes. - Perform application systems upgrades and regular maintenance during non-office hours and/or weekends if required. Requirement - Degree holder (fresh graduate welcome) OR non-degree holder with one year working experience in related field - Hands-on experience in .NET (C#, VB, ASP and Struts), JAVA and MS SQL/MySQL - Hands-on experience in cloud-based application development and maintenance/ Power Automate/ Power App/ Power BI/ Salesforce is an advantage - Good interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese - Self-motivated, mission-oriented, and ability to work independently Originally posted on Himalayas
