Role Summary We are looking for a talented Senior Application & Integrations Developer to join our team. Our group is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-organizational integrations and applications across the company, delivering innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions that support evolving business needs. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of solutions from design to implementation, applying your expertise in application development, system integrations, MIS platforms, and AI technologies. We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership who can drive innovation and deliver effective solutions that support business needs. Glilot Hybrid Full-time What you'll do: - Develop and implement cross-organizational solutions using code, low-code platforms, and automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Platform, according to development best practices and project management processes. - Integrate AI into day-to-day development and business workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and automate processes. - Identify and implement automation solutions to optimize manual, repetitive, or inefficient business processes. - Maintain and support production applications, integrations, and automated processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing ongoing support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Cyber, Data, and IT, to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Who you are: - 4+ years of hands-on integration development experience in enterprise environments, preferably using Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent iPaaS solutions. - Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integration testing tools such as Postman. - Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, such as Claude Code, for application development, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development. - Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or another relevant language, with experience developing integrations and automation solutions, working with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting production deployments. - Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS, and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, including writing SQL queries. - Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments, preferably Azure or GCP. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew. - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. #LI-AG2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
