VP Engineering

Build the future of AI-driven software engineering in cybersecurity We're partnered with a fast-growing global software company that protects some of the world's most security-conscious organisations, including government, critical infrastructure, defence, utilities, and enterprise customers. As they continue to invest heavily in AI-first product development, they are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead a strategically important security platform used to protect business-critical communications and digital collaboration environments. This is not a traditional management role. We're looking for a technical leader who still enjoys getting hands-on with architecture, code reviews, engineering quality, and solving complex technical challenges while leading and scaling a high-performing international team. The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of: - Engineering leadership - AI-powered software development - Cloud-native product engineering - Enterprise cybersecurity - High-scale distributed systems You will take ownership of engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, quality, and team performance for a globally deployed security product serving highly regulated customers. Working closely with Product leadership, you'll translate product vision into engineering execution, driving delivery across both SaaS and customer-hosted environments.
