Devops Engineer

Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to streamline our infrastructure, automate our pipelines, and enhance system reliability. If you're passionate about cloud operations, CI/CD, and building secure, scalable systems—this role is for you. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) - Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration - Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) - Ensure security best practices across DevOps processes - Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of environments Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles - Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments - Strong experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go - Solid understanding of networking, security, and Linux system administration - Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Nice to Have: - Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning - Exposure to GitOps and serverless architectures - Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKAD/CKA) What We Offer: - Competitive compensation - Remote-first culture with flexible working hours - Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies - Health benefits and paid time off - A collaborative and inclusive team environment Originally posted on Himalayas
