Full Stack Developer (AI SaaS)

ABOUT THE ROLE Build and improve a full-stack AI SaaS product that helps customers navigate complex product ranges through chat and voice agents. The product supports online and in-store experiences, so your work will contribute to practical AI-powered product discovery and commerce. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and maintain full-stack features for AI chat and voice agent experiences. - Build backend services using NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB. - Integrate current LLM APIs into product workflows. - Contribute to product capabilities for online and in-store customer experiences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Several years of professional experience working with NestJS. - Very strong TypeScript skills and solid experience with MongoDB. - Hands-on experience integrating current LLM APIs. - Experience building full-stack software, with an interest in AI SaaS products and customer-facing chat or voice experiences. LOCATION This role can be remote across Europe, with a hybrid option from Cologne or Hamburg, Germany. The primary location is Cologne, Germany.
