This is a hands-on builder role: creative direction plus daily scripting, shooting, editing, and design. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts: strategy, calendar, publishing, community, and analytics - Set creative direction for how pump.fun looks, sounds, and feels - Script, shoot, edit, and design daily in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, or equivalent - Test hooks, formats, and series, then kill what fails and scale what works - Tie views to installs, activation, and trading volume, not just followers - Build faceless and on-camera formats, run creator/UGC/clipping, and ship trends within hours - Partner with Legal so content fits the compliance framework 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Scaled a page from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100 with healthy engagement - Owned creative direction: a brand look, series, or campaigns - Hands-on editing and design, with a reel of work cut yourself - Grew social for a consumer app toward downloads; fintech or crypto is a plus - Scaled brand pages, faceless or on camera, not only a personal account - Scrappy operator who builds the playbook in a fast, lean setting 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Base $175,000-$200,000/year plus performance bonuses - Best-in-market benefits and relocation support for a NY move 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - In person, Manhattan.
