Yo Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and optimizeVoice and Chatbots inCognigy.AI - Implement and configureCognigyAI Agentsand advanced conversational flows - Develop and maintain dialog structures, intents, entities, and context handling - IntegrateCognigysolutions withexternal systems, including APIs, CRM, and telephony platforms - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Configure and improveNLU models, conversation logic, and fallback strategies - Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance, latency, and conversation success rates - Support deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, and Prod environments Requirements - Hands-on experience with theCognigy.AI platform - Strong knowledge ofCognigyAI Agents - Proven experience buildingVoiceBots / IVR automation - Experience withREST APIs, webhooks, and backend system integrations - Solid understanding ofJavaScript / Node.jsfor extensions, flows, and custom logic - Experience withNLU concepts, including intents, entities, training, and tuning - Familiarity withtelephony integrations, such as SIP or Genesys - Experience withJSON, debugging, and system integration patterns - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and proactively - Fluent English - Strong communication skills in cross-functional teams Benefits - Location:Remote CEE region - Start Date:ASAP - Contract Type:Freelance/B2B - Language:English - Industry:Consulting, Automotive Originally posted on Himalayas
