You will also play a crucial role in building and operationalizing sales processes, tools, standard operating procedures, metrics, and other programs that improve seller effectiveness, productivity, and customer value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success, to develop and execute scalable enablement programs that support revenue growth.
The Sales Enablement Manager will focus on sales success and work proactively with senior management and frontline sales leaders to identify business challenges, prioritize needs, define the scope and approach for solutions, and execute those activities. This individual will translate business needs and sales performance insights into practical, repeatable programs; establish clear ownership, milestones, and measures of success; and drive adoption through strong communication, coaching, and accountability. The ideal candidate combines a strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. This position works directly with the Head of North America Sales and reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
As the Sales Enablement Manager; you will:

- Improve new-hire onboarding and accelerate ramp time through structured learning paths, role-based training, certifications, and ongoing reinforcement
- Assess enablement needs using seller feedback, performance data, field observation, and input from sales leaders
- Design and deliver online and in-person training focused on sales process, product, industry, competitive positioning, tools, and customer engagement
- Partner with frontline sales managers to establish coaching programs that reinforce desired behaviors, improve execution, and drive accountability
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts to develop practical sales plays, presentations, messaging, discovery guides, competitive resources, and demo scripts
- Support the deployment, administration, and ongoing adoption of sales enablement, learning, content management, and sales engagement platforms
- Build and maintain project plans, process documentation, governance models, and standard operating procedures with clear ownership and implementation milestones
- Establish success metrics and report on program adoption, seller productivity, behavior change, and business impact
- Drive adoption and consistent execution of agreed-upon best practices across the sales organization
- Work with leadership to plan and deliver impactful sales meetings, events, workshops, and training programs
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, enterprise sales, or a related commercial role, including direct responsibility for enablement programs
- Demonstrated understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and sales methodologies
- Proven ability to design, operationalize, and scale repeatable sales processes, programs, and best practices
- Experience developing and delivering training that changes seller behavior and improves business outcomes
- Ability to use data to identify performance gaps, establish success metrics, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Experience supporting a North America sales organization and complex business-to-business software sales environment preferred
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as sales enablement platforms, learning platforms, content management systems, and sales engagement software
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence without direct authority
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, oral communication, and written communication skills
- Strong project and program management skills, with a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
- Collaborative and service-oriented, with the confidence to drive decisions, accountability, and consistent execution
