Director, Thought Leader Engagement (TLEL)

This senior commercial role will lead strategic engagement with national and regional Thought Leaders and Opinion Leaders across the Gastroenterology franchise. You will partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to design compliant, high-impact engagement strategies aligned with brand and business priorities. The role combines relationship management, customer insight generation, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will identify emerging leaders, strengthen long-term relationships, and create coordinated engagement experiences across functions. Insights gathered through individual and group interactions will help shape brand strategies, customer engagement plans, and broader commercial priorities. The position also plays an important role in congress planning, engagement measurement, governance, and innovative approaches to stakeholder engagement.
