Software Engineering Manager - Investments

Our partner is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - Investments based in the United States. This is a strategic engineering leadership role overseeing one or more agile teams delivering technology for global investment operations. You will combine people leadership, technical depth, delivery accountability, and financial-services expertise to drive business-critical outcomes. The role spans investment applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and modern cloud capabilities across front-, middle-, and back-office functions. You will partner closely with Investments, Investment Operations, Accounting, Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Data teams. A key focus will be modernizing technology while maintaining strong reliability, security, auditability, and regulatory controls. You will also shape engineering culture, develop talent, manage resources, and introduce responsible innovation, including AI-enabled engineering practices.
