Senior ML Engineer (NLP) - Munich Area – Up to €100,000 (d / m / w) Responsibilities - Adapt, evaluate and deploy NLP models for human-machine interaction on embedded and hardware platforms - Optimize language models for efficient local execution - Integrate language-processing capabilities into existing system architectures across different environments - Validate model behaviour and runtime performance against operational requirements, ensuring reliable on-device interaction - Refine deployment configurations to balance accuracy, responsiveness and resource consumption across constrained computing platforms Desired Skills and Experience - Completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or similar - 5+ years in Python programming, supported by initial experience in Rust - Experience in NLP, particularly the optimisation and deployment of NLP models onto hardware, without cloud dependencies - Experience in LLMs, model compression, and human-machine interaction (HMI) - Candidates must be clear of any government, defense, or security-related employment restrictions Do not miss your opportunity to excel your career in an established and stimulating organization.
