Senior OpenShift Engineer / Architect

We are looking for a Senior OpenShift Engineer / Architect to shape and deliver enterprise container platform architecture and migrations. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid, 2 days per week on site) Employment: Full-time Responsibilities • Design, implement and operate OpenShift platforms for enterprise applications. • Lead Kubernetes and container platform migrations and transformation projects. • Define platform architecture, availability, security and operational standards. • Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools. • Work with development, infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex platform issues. Required skills and experience • Strong experience architecting and administering Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman. • Proven experience in platform migrations, transformation or large-scale modernization. • Experience with CI/CD, Terraform and Ansible. • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills. This is a full-time position in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule of 2 on-site days per week.
