Description

- Lead, coach and develop the four Team Leaders — Infrastructure & DevOps, Software Platform (Team 2), Software Platform (Team 3), and Data & Intelligence — as direct reports, fostering alignment, accountability and growth across their teams. - Own the technical roadmap and delivery plan for Addvolt's digital services, ensuring infrastructure, software platforms and data capabilities scale reliably with business growth. - Partner with Product Management, Engineering leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable, prioritized plans across the four teams. - Drive infrastructure and DevOps maturity (CI/CD, cloud architecture, observability, security, reliability, cost efficiency) to ensure robust and scalable digital operations. - Oversee the two Software Platform teams, ensuring architectural consistency, shared standards, code quality and coordinated release planning across products/platforms. - Champion the Data & Intelligence team's initiatives — data pipelines, analytics and applied intelligence/ML — to unlock insights and support data-driven decision-making across the business. - Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and OKRs across all four teams, ensuring predictable delivery, quality and continuous improvement. - Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks and conflicts, unblocking teams and escalating where needed. - Foster a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, ownership and continuous learning across the digital services organization. - Own resourcing, hiring plans and career development pathways for the team leaders and, through them, their teams. - Repot on digital services performance, roadmap progress and risks to senior leadership. Background - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. - Solid experience in technology/software organizations, including experience managing managers or team leads (not just individual contributors) >7 years experience. - Track record leading or working closely with infrastructure/DevOps, software platform, and/or data engineering teams — ideally in IoT, automotive, or energy-related industries. - Strong technical foundation across cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, software architecture, and data platforms — enough to engage credibly with each of the four team leaders. - Experience defining technical strategy and roadmaps, and translating business priorities into cross-team engineering execution. - Strong people leadership skills: coaching team leaders, resolving conflict, and building high-performing, autonomous teams. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences. - Data-driven and process-oriented, with experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs across multiple teams. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving priorities. - Fluent in English (written and spoken) Pay Range €35,500.00-€70,500.00
