Director, Finance - Sales Finance & Public Company Readiness

Our partner is looking for a Director, Finance - Sales Finance & Public Company Readiness based in United States. This is a senior finance leadership role focused on Sales Finance, FP&A, public-company readiness, bookings governance, executive reporting, and M&A integration. You will serve as a strategic finance partner to sales and finance leadership, helping translate business priorities into rigorous financial plans and actionable insights. The role combines long-range planning, forecasting, expense and headcount management, bookings reconciliation, and executive-level reporting. You will play an important part in strengthening processes, controls, audit readiness, and compliance as the organization prepares for public-company requirements. The position also provides significant exposure to M&A, supporting the integration of acquired businesses into the broader operating model. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and specialized sales functions in a highly cross-functional environment. As a people leader, you will develop a geographically distributed finance team while using AI-enabled tools to improve planning, analysis, reconciliation, and executive decision-making.
