Senior FP&A Analyst

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within a growing organization. You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, helping leadership understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with operational leaders and senior management, you will translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will leverage Workday Adaptive Planning, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen financial visibility.
