The role sits in the Service Delivery Center within People Solutions. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Monitor the Salesforce case queue and Jira requests, triage by urgency and impact, and keep records complete. - Resolve standard requests with documented procedures and route complex work to the right owner. - Monitor the Workday inbox for errors and alerts, and handle routine access, account, reset, and review tasks. - Support year-end activity, release testing, and recurring People programs such as performance cycles. - Intake reporting and data requests, complete approved standard tasks, and support data-quality checks. - Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and templates, and partner on priorities, releases, handoffs, and trends. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Experience in People operations, HR admin, systems support, service delivery, or high-volume operations. - Strong detail where accuracy affects People records, access, payroll, compliance, or reporting. - Ability to work a queue independently, prioritize, follow processes, and escalate at the right time. - Clear written updates, plus Jira, Salesforce, or similar case-management experience. - Comfort learning enterprise systems, documenting work, and handling confidential information. 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Workday: Core HCM, business processes, security, reporting, or inbox monitoring. - Reporting, data access, provisioning, cyclical People programs, audits, or release testing. 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - On-site in Bengaluru, India.
