German + English Customer Care Specialist (Remote - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croa

We’re growing and hiring German + English-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a dedicated support team for an established digital electricity supplier. For nearly a decade, this company has been helping households across Europe use energy more smartly, with 100% renewable electricity at dynamic market prices, a real-time consumption app, and smart home integrations such as EV chargers, heating systems and solar. If you’re naturally curious, enjoy digging into a problem until you find the root cause, and have a way with words that lets you adapt your tone to every customer, you’ll fit right into the team.
