Payments & Fraud Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payments & Fraud Lead based in Brazil. This is a fully remote leadership role combining payments operations, fraud prevention, and team management in a fast-paced international environment. You will oversee the end-to-end withdrawal process, ensuring transactions are processed securely, accurately, and within agreed timelines. You will play a key role in protecting both the business and its customers by identifying fraud, abuse, and suspicious transaction patterns. The position offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to improve payment workflows, strengthen risk controls, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will lead a team of payment specialists while working closely with customer-facing, product, business, and operational teams. Your insights will help shape payment strategy, fraud controls, and operational performance.
