The firm has traded its own capital since 2017 across major crypto exchanges. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Design and implement new exchange and market connectivity - Develop and maintain high-load, low-latency C++ applications - Identify bottlenecks and continuously reduce system latency - Improve performance, stability, and reliability of core trading infrastructure - Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues - Work with trading, Python, and operations teams - Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 3+ years of professional software development, ideally 4+ - Strong commercial experience with modern C++ - Experience with high-load and/or low-latency systems - Strong algorithms, data structures, and design patterns - Networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets - Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Crypto, financial markets, HFT, or electronic trading - FIX or exchange connectivity protocols - Distributed systems; AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, or Prometheus - Working knowledge of Python 💡 Perks & Benefits: - High-frequency crypto infrastructure at millions of trades daily - Latency work that directly affects trading results - Small technical team, flat structure, significant ownership - Option to relocate to and work from Dubai 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - Remote - US, with Dubai relocation listed as part of the offer 📩 To apply: Apply: https://blockchainheadhunter.com/jobs/Middle-C-enngineer-Low-Latency-Trading.
