Business Manager - Product & Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Manager - Product & Commercial based in United Kingdom. This role owns the product and commercial direction of a high-volume messaging and verification ecosystem across multiple international markets. You will shape the strategy for SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, voice, and verification, balancing reliability, customer experience, speed, and cost. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, partnerships, and operations, you will turn messaging infrastructure into a measurable business advantage. You will manage strategic technology and communications partners while driving negotiations, performance, and supplier accountability. A major focus will be improving deliverability, reducing costs, and strengthening routing and failover capabilities for critical customer journeys. You will also bring commercial discipline to messaging economics, using data to guide decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
