SENIOR DEVELOPER - SALESFORCE

This is a remote position. The Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development across Salesforce platforms. The role involves building scalable solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain applications on Salesforce platforms. - Build custom workflows, scripts, and automation to support business processes. - Develop and manage integrations between enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. - Configure and customize Salesforce modules (ITSM, ITOM, or related areas). - Develop Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning components, and flows. - Collaborate with architects and product teams to define technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues. - Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices. - Support deployment activities and release management processes. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across platforms. Required Qualifications - 9+ years of software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development. - Experience building enterprise-scale applications and integrations. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and system design. - Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
