AI Engineer

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring an AI Engineer, based in Barcelona. You will build the AI behind everything we surface: the pipelines that turn conversations into accurate, attributed and source-linked knowledge, and the evaluations that tell us when it works. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. What you bring: - Experience building production systems with LLMs. - Strong Python. - A disciplined approach to evaluation.
