Senior clinical programmer (Rave)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Programmer to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical programming solutions supporting clinical trials and drug development. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Medidata Rave and custom functions programming to deliver reliable, high-quality clinical data systems. You will oversee study builds, migrations, validation activities, and technical deliverables while ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards. Working closely with clients, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will coordinate complex programming initiatives and manage multiple studies simultaneously. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor fellow programmers, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
