As Manager, Talent Acquisition GTM, you will lead a global recruiting team responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional talent across Go-to-Market (GTM) and General and Administrative (G&A) functions. Combining hands-on recruiting with people management, you will drive hiring performance, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will translate business objectives into actionable hiring strategies while continuously improving recruiting processes, team capacity planning, and talent acquisition effectiveness. Working in a remote-first, international environment, you will collaborate with business leaders and People teams to build scalable recruitment practices.
