Senior Web Director

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on web leader to own website performance, technical direction, and business impact within a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will manage the website as a product, balancing technical excellence, search visibility, conversion optimization, and stakeholder priorities. You will translate business objectives into a clear roadmap, coordinate work across marketing, content, design, and engineering, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results. You will also lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts while improving website performance and the customer journey. Working with a lean, collaborative team, you will have significant ownership and the autonomy to make decisions without unnecessary process overhead.
