This role is responsible for helping healthcare providers and their teams navigate complex reimbursement and coverage challenges so patients can access prescribed therapies appropriately. You will serve as a regional subject matter expert on payer policies, reimbursement pathways, coding, and patient support resources. The position combines field-based customer engagement with strategic insight, education, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, office staff, patient support teams, and internal stakeholders across a defined territory. Your expertise will help identify and address access barriers while translating local market developments into actionable insights. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, and strict adherence to compliance standards. Approximately 50% of your time will involve live customer interactions, with the remainder focused on planning, follow-up, and stakeholder collaboration.
