Sr. Technical Recruiter

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical recruiting professional to drive talent acquisition for specialized technology roles supporting mission-critical federal government programs. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and engaging highly qualified candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding. You will partner directly with executive leadership, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and contract staffing needs. Your focus will include hard-to-fill cleared positions across cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, engineering, security compliance, and program management. By building strong talent pipelines and developing relationships with passive candidates, you will play a key role in ensuring critical positions are filled successfully.
