Founder's Associate Intern

We're hiring a Founder's Associate intern at Listo. 🚀 Listo is an AI workforce for hospitality. We make hotels discoverable and bookable inside AI, then put agents to work across the hotel on the workflows that move the P&L: revenue, guest communication and operations. We're a small team in London, already working with hotel groups. Now we need someone to help us grow. What you'll work on - Growth and business development: events, conferences and partners. Finding the rooms we should be in, and getting us into them. - Marketing and content: pushing our story out and turning what we build into content people actually read. - Everything in between. It's a generalist role, and no two weeks will look the same. Who we're looking for - Early in your career. Some experience in a startup, consulting, VC or marketing is a plus. - A self-starter. You don't wait to be told what's next. - Independent and responsible. When something is yours, you see it through. - Bonus points if you can edit video or design. What you get - You work directly with the founders, on everything. - Real responsibility from week one. - The goal is for this to become a full-time role within 3 to 6 months.
