Tele-sales Representative (Work from home)

We're looking for someone who's flexible with working ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (8 hrs. per day from home permanently) and can start immediately!! Weekends: WEEKLY ROTATIONAL ***We can't accept candidates applying for a second job*** Job Description: - Being capable of holdingboth phone and message conversationswith the explicit purpose of selling information products. - Handling phone calls, texts & chats. - Answering inquiries regarding the product or the company. - Take and process requests in an accurate manner. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Job Requirements: - FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST. (American accent) - Graduates only. - Must accept to work rotational shifts. - Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role. - Must have your own laptop and headset. - Experience in real estate is a plus. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
