Production Support Engineer

This role provides high-level operational support for complex production and cloud-based application environments supporting critical government systems. You will be responsible for maintaining system availability, resolving technical issues, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations across infrastructure and applications. The position combines cloud engineering, systems administration, automation, monitoring, database support, security, and production troubleshooting. You will work directly with users and senior stakeholders while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams. The role also involves continuous improvement, infrastructure maintenance, documentation, and compliance with government security standards. You will contribute to stable, secure, and resilient production environments while responding effectively to incidents and operational challenges.
