Corporate Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic CorporateRecruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for internal positions, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our internal stakeholders, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. - Location: Remote (can live anywhere throughout the U.S.) - Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + incentive based on placements Key Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal corporate roles using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. - Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor. - Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent.
