ABOUT US
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
THE ROLE
Strategic Initiatives takes on some of Legora’s most important cross-functional challenges, helping the company deliver major changes and build capabilities as it grows.
You’ll lead the delivery of complex change programs that span business teams, processes and technology. This means understanding what the business needs, getting deep enough into the technical detail to make sound recommendations, and bringing people together to turn decisions into working solutions.
Your first major assignment will be our Workday implementation, partnering closely with the People Tech leader, business stakeholders and implementation partners. Over time, you’ll bring the same approach to other company priorities. Each assignment should leave behind a lasting improvement, clear ownership and teams equipped to carry the work forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Shape the program. Turn a business objective into clear outcomes, scope, workstreams and an integrated delivery plan. Establish who owns the work, how decisions get made and how success will be measured.
- Connect business needs and technical decisions. Understand how teams operate and how changes affect processes, systems and data. Work with specialists to evaluate options, identify downstream consequences and recommend a practical path.
- Drive execution across teams. Manage dependencies, competing priorities, risks and decisions across internal teams and external partners. Hold people accountable for commitments, resolve blockers and step into gaps when needed.
- Lead the change through adoption. Involve affected teams early, understand what will change for them, and coordinate changes to workflows, responsibilities, communications and training. Follow through until new ways of working are established.
- Help leaders make informed decisions. Bring clear recommendations grounded in business impact, cost and risk. Challenge assumptions constructively and escalate issues with options and a point of view.
- Make the outcome last. Coordinate testing, business readiness, rollout and stabilization. Plan the handover from the beginning, establish a durable owner and use lessons learned to improve how future programs are delivered.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, business transformation or operations, with a track record of independently leading complex cross-functional change from scoping through implementation and adoption. We welcome other paths that demonstrate equivalent depth and ownership.
- Technical fluency: you can understand system interactions, integrations and data flows, question assumptions and work credibly with technical specialists.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to get up to speed in unfamiliar areas, understand different teams’ needs and weigh competing priorities.
- The ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority, including navigating disagreement and holding difficult conversations.
- A practical, hands-on approach. You bring structure to ambiguity, take ownership of outcomes and adapt your approach to what the problem requires.
- Experience defining success measures and using evidence to assess whether a change has delivered its intended value.
