Job Summary We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience using Karmak Fusion to manage transportation, shipping, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in logistics coordination within the trucking, automotive, or fleet management space. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion - Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment tracking - Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules - Resolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, and documentation discrepancies - Generate and analyze logistics and operations reports to support decision-making - Support warehouse and fleet operations by tracking service schedules and inventory movement - Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal logistics standards Qualifications and Skills Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation support - Direct experience using Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platforms - Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory management Preferred: - Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industry - Background working with U.S.-based logistics or supply chain teams Additional Requirements - Must be currently residing in the Philippines - Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation Compensation and Benefits - Permanent work-from-home setup - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Competitive salary Originally posted on Himalayas
