Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) based in Netherlands. Take ownership of paid acquisition across Google and Meta, driving new-customer revenue while maintaining sustainable customer acquisition costs. You will scale an established Google Ads account spending over $100,000 per month while building Meta advertising from the ground up. Combining performance marketing, customer research, creative development, and data analysis, you will turn customer insights into measurable growth opportunities. You will also use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate research, produce creatives, and generate actionable reporting. Working directly with senior leadership in a fully remote environment, you will have significant autonomy to shape acquisition strategy, influence business decisions, and test new advertising channels.
