Call Center Sales Representative

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound and/or handling inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers - Presenting products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively - Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions - Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals - Addressing customer questions and objections to close sales effectively - Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity - Staying up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies - Collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to continuously improve sales performance Requirements We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
