Inside Sales Representative – Part-Time Remote $18/hour + Uncapped Commission Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT Remote – Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, UT area Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads. No cold calling. You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission, including the opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly membership sales. What You'll Do - Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads - Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships - Explain membership benefits and value - Build rapport, overcome objections and close sales - Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities - Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate - Document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM - Meet individual sales and membership goals What We're Looking For - Previous phone sales experience is required - CRM experience is required - Strong phone presence and ability to close sales - Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale - Strong follow-up and organizational skills - Self-motivated and able to work successfully from home - Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace - Must be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT - Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area Technology We use Zoho CRM, ServiceTitan and Five9. Experience with Zoho and/or ServiceTitan is preferred. Experience with Five9 is a big plus. Compensation - $18/hour - Uncapped commission - Commission on membership sales - Opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly memberships - Additional commission opportunities for qualified sales appointments Average performers have earned approximately $2,200 per month working part-time, with additional earning potential for strong performers.
