Software Engineering Manager

Position: Engineering Manager Work model: 1 day per week transitioning to 1 day/month at the office (Lisbon, Portugal) Your role - Lead and support engineering teams in delivering high-quality software; - Drive execution and alignment with product and technology roadmaps; - Coach, develop, and grow engineers through feedback and mentoring; - Promote engineering best practices, quality, and operational excellence; - Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business and technology priorities; - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; - Contribute to technology strategy and engineering initiatives across teams. What we value in you - 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or similar technical roles; - Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams; - Strong understanding of software quality, maintainability, and delivery practices; - Ability to balance business goals with technical execution; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Collaborative leadership style and people-first mindset; - Fluent in English.
