Platform Manager

As the Platform Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end reliability and operational performance of our clients UCaaS and SaaS platform. You will set-up and lead a Platform/Operations team, and lead various improvement and automation projects. Key skills and experience required.... - Proven experience leading operations, SRE, or platform teams - Strong background in running cloud-native production systems - Experience with monitoring, incident management, and service reliability - Good understanding of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices - Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration - Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making - Experience driving operational process improvements and automation.
