Billing Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO - Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance) - Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts - Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues. - Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information - Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end - Account reconciliation WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT - Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills COMPENSATION DETAILS The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
